Katie Fritchman is from Nazareth, PA, where she grew up in the Lutheran church at St. John’s in Nazareth. She is a graduate of Nazareth Area High School, attended Penn State University, and is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree online. When Katie is not serving at St. Matthew’s, she works as a Direct Support Professional for Resources for Human Development, where she takes care of adults with intellectual disabilities, providing them with a safe and stable home environment while also integrating them into the community. Katie is very passionate about her work there, but in the rare moments when she is not hard at work, Katie loves spending time with her friends and family, reading, writing, fishing, hiking, quoting Star Wars films, and eating as many cheeseburgers as she can get her hands on!
